How to mold its mouthguard ?

The majority of tooth protectors are thermo-moldable. Heat water until you reach a boil, dip the tooth guard in water for about 60 seconds, but this may vary depending on the tooth guard. This is specified in the instructions.

Take it out of the water to cool it for 3 seconds with cold water, insert it into the mouth biting and sucking at the same time for about 20 seconds. We also advise you to apply the tooth protector on the gums from the bottom up so that it slides less. Then dip it in cold water to fine it harden. You can restore your tooth protector if it has not been done well, but it is not recommended to do it more than twice.

Rugby Corner Council : It is advisable to change the tooth protector every 6 months for optimal protection (and hygiene).
