ELBOW

Bend your elbow approximately 45 degrees and measure directly at the joint. When ordering a pair, measure both elbows and use the average of the results.

SIZE

Stand up and measure the calf in question (you knew that). Measure at the widest point of the calf. When ordering a pair, measure on both calves and use the average of the results.

KNEE

Measure the knee to be protected (you probably figured that out). Stand and bend your leg to just under 45 degrees, measure around the largest part of the knee, directly over the patella (knee bone).
